Steve Smith has held a Michelin Star for over 15 years from the age of just 24. Steve joined Bohemia in 2013 and acquired a Michelin Star in less than a year. Steve has created a truly outstanding dining experience with his ingredient and flavour driven tasting menus.
Ellen de Jager Smith, Head Pastry Chef at Michelin Starred Bohemia
Ellen de Jager Smith is responsible for the pastry kitchen and creates exciting desserts for the restaurant and Afternoon Tea. Ellen is originally from South Africa and trained at the Christina Martin School of Food and Wine. Ellen holds an International Certificate in food and catering, and an International Diploma in food & wine.
